The Greater Noida Authority will allocate 44 acres of land in the Bodaki area to develop a logistics and transportation hub project. The upcoming hubs will locate near a railway station in Bodaki comprising interstate and local bus terminals, a metro station, commercial and retail spaces, hotels, and green open areas
Out of the 478 acres of land required for these hubs, the authority had already allocated the entire land, except for the 44 acres in four villages i.e., Chitheda, Katheda, Palla, and Bodaki. Furthermore, the authority will compensate the farmers for their houses and clearing the way for this 44-acre land for these crucial projects
In September 2021, the authority approved the detailed project report (DPR) for the proposed multi-modal transportation project and logistic hub in Bodaki village. Previously, the project had received approval from the Indian government and other organisations in December 2020
